Josh is Ben’s college roommate and shop partner. After graduating from Ole Miss, he became an oil man, married a girl much too classy for him, and traveled the world for work. He runs ultra marathons, explores rivers and small towns, has two sons, gets lost in the details, and is renovating most of downtown Laurel. He does all of this in a waxed cotton cap he bought in the Appalachian mountains nearly a decade ago so we wanted to honor him with a cap as cool and durable as him. Proudly made by hand in the U.S.A.

We want you to love the things we make at Laurel Mercantile Co. If you order something from us and you don’t absolutely love it, rest assured that you can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Not all items qualify for returns. If item is ineligible, it will be stated in the product description. 


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If we made a mistake, we’ll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. And don’t worry—shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. In order to return your item, please email hello@laurelmercantile.com and we will send a return label to your email as soon as possible.


STANDARD RETURNS

If it didn’t fit or didn’t work for you, we will happily exchange or accept your return of unused merchandise for up to 30 days after purchase.

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or “like-new” condition up to 30 days after purchase. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include furniture, select oversize items, food & beverage items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear.

If you’ve decided you don’t like what you ordered after having it in your home a couple of weeks (up to 30 days), no problem. In order to return your item, please email hello@laurelmercantile.com. We will send a return label to your email as soon as possible. Once your return is received, you will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the shipping charges.  

Please note all rugs, food, and beverage items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

All orders shipped internationally are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
