Please note: That all of our quilts are true vintage pieces, and as such may vary in size or show signs of wear. We wash and try to repair when needed or possible (while still retaining the integrity of the original design) and add our signature logo patch to make sure that these works of the heart get the attention and love they deserve. Please fully inspect each photo of the quilts before purchasing.
Care instructions: Due to their delicate nature, any washing done to antique fabrics could damage or destroy your quilt, so only clean your quilt when truly necessary. We recommend spot cleaning when needed or handwashing with a mild detergent. To dry, we recommend laying the damp quilt on a flat, clean, non-porous surface. Dry cleaning is not recommended. LMCo. is not responsible for any damage done to your quilt during cleaning.
We want you to love the things we make at Laurel Mercantile Co. If you order something from us and you don’t absolutely love it, rest assured that you can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Not all items qualify for returns. If item is ineligible, it will be stated in the product description.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If we made a mistake, we’ll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. And don’t worry—shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. In order to return your item, please visit our returns portal to begin the process.
If it didn’t fit or didn’t work for you, we will happily exchange or accept your return of unused merchandise for up to 30 days after purchase.
Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or “like-new” condition up to 30 days after purchase. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include furniture, select oversize items, food & beverage items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear.
If you’ve decided you don’t like what you ordered after having it in your home a couple of weeks (up to 30 days), no problem. In order to return your item, please visit our returns portal to begin the process. We will send a return label to your email as soon as possible. Once your return is received, you will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the shipping charges.
