Defective or Damaged Items
If we made a mistake, we’ll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. And don’t worry—shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. In order to return your item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send a return label to your email as soon as possible.
Standard Returns (Online)
If it didn’t fit or didn’t work for you, we will happily exchange or accept your return of unused merchandise for up to 30 days after purchase.
Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or “like-new” condition up to 30 days after purchase. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include furniture, select oversize items, food & beverage items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear.
If you’ve decided you don’t like what you ordered after having it in your home a couple of weeks (up to 30 days), no problem. In order to return your item, please email email@example.com. We will send a return label to your email as soon as possible. Once your return is received, you will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the shipping charges.
Standard Returns (In-Store)
Items returned in-store are eligible for full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. In-store requests for refund or exchange must be accompanied by the original receipt or order number, and refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
Please note all food and beverage items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
All orders shipped internationally are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
