THE ROSS HOME
Jermarcus Ross is well known to Laurel, not only as an athlete, coach and mentor, but as one of Ben’s kids when Ben was a youth minister. Now Jemarcus is all grown up and he’s ready to buy his first house at the advanced age of 25.

THE RAPPLEYE-RUIZ HOME
Jon and Ramon have given up a small apartment in a big city for a big house (and a dog) in a small town. They’ve found the town, now Ben and Erin need to find them the house…and the dog. But the house first!
Episode 3
THE OSTERMILLER HOME
Kristy and Mike love Home Town. So much they decided to buy a vacation home in Laurel! Now Ben and Erin have to find them a place big enough for their family of six (and counting) within a $270,000 budget.
Episode 4
THE THORNTON HOME
Donelle is the city inspector who green lights a ton of Ben and Erin’s projects. She is also a single mom with two boys and $60,000 to renovation budget. But with no design savvy, she needs Ben and Erin!
Episode 5
THE STAPLES HOME
Rebekah comes from one of the biggest families in Laurel. Now she wants to return from the big city of Jacksonville to regrow her roots. She’s looking for some acreage, and with a budget of $250-300,000 Ben and Erin have two properties that fit the bill.
Episode 6
THE DONNELLY LIVINGSTONE HOME
Scott and Deanna want to retire in Laurel—no more moving! Top of their list is a Zen Room to chill in and a porch to entertain on. With $250,000 to play with, Ben and Erin show them the Winn House, a 2100 sq ft craftsman with an awkward kitchen and zen room remodel.
Episode 7
THE HANNA HOME
After being a travel nurse, Luke wants his home base to be in his hometown—Laurel. He’s looking for a games room for chili night, a backyard for his dogs and to leave the rest to Erin and Ben. Working with a budget of $170,000, they find him two options: the 1324 sq ft Sims craftsman cottage, with a gorgeous mustard and ketchup colored kitchen and a promising back porch.
Episode 8
THE STEINWINDER FARM
Hilary and Thomas are tea farmers, and they want to turn the farmhouse that’s been in Hilary’s family for six generations into a commercial/event space with their $100,000 budget. Ben and Erin are excited to take on the challenge of renovating this century old residence into an ADA compliant business that boasts a new kitchen, two new bathrooms and an indoor/outdoor party venue that will welcome people from all over Mississippi.

THE HINNANT HOME
Even though their two boys are growing up, Allison and Scott are the opposite of empty nesters and upsizing their home in preparation for their growing family. They are looking for a historic home with a wraparound porch and a massive shower room with their $350,000 budget.
Episode 10
THE MCKINNON LOFT
This season, the McKinnon apartment was one of Erin and Ben's most challenging and rewarding projects. The Napiers and Michael McKinnon created a streamlined, southern contemporary main suite in one of Downtown Laurel's most beloved buildings. It sported a modern style compared to the traditional southern interior that Erin and Ben usually create. It was also the first time a homeowner had a hand in the design.

THE LI & MCELROY HOME
Tiffany and Justin want to set Tiffany's parents up in style now they've retired from their grocery store business in the Delta. With a $215,000 budget, Ben and Erin have to find a place with a fully decked out porch for Dad, a heavenly bathroom for Mom, and a Nanny Suite for Grandma!
