#1,812 The Last Painting + Signature + Wore Out.
by Erin Napier
It was just… The longest day. The longest. I woke up and did my last painting for the pitch film this morning and daydreamed about how it would feel to cook and eat in a kitchen like this. It makes me want to eat pasta.
Then I went in to work around noon and worked without a lunch break until 10:30 tonight. I am beat. BEAT, y’all. One thing about it—I did sign my signature on the contract of that very exciting business partnership today and that project is what kept me working late into the night (and will for the next several nights, too).
It’s one of those career milestones that I think might change everything about Lucky Luxe in 2015. You just never know, but we’re making a gameplan just in case.

I’m an artist and he’s a craftsman and we help people moving to our town find and restore old houses on HGTV’s Home Town. In an effort to count my blessings, this journal has documented only the good things that happen on each and every day of my life since January 1, 2010. I am a wife, a daughter, a homebody, a bubble bath lover, a book reader, a sentimental, stressed out, slightly obsessive southerner. Welcome!
