#2,233 Hunker Down.
by Erin Napier
Tonight there are tornadoes swirling west of us and a storm is bearing down on south Mississippi in the next couple hours and while I’m definitely feeling anxious about that, I’m also glad to be home in my flowery pajamas, hunkered down and hoping for the best. I had time to just BE at home. To take a long bath at 7 pm instead of midnight.
To paint my nails my favorite spring time color.
To eat (healthy-ish) junk like these strawberry fruit roll ups for grown ups I found at Target.
To spend a little time with Chip and Jo.
Side note: Ben and I were there for the reveal day filming of tonight’s episode. Ben learned to shoot a bow from Chip and Luke and we ate really good popsicles from Steel City Pops. Click here for that post.
Hopefully, we won’t be hearing that famous Laurel tornado siren screaming around our houses tonight. I hope you all made it safe through the storms, friends!
