We finally got to meet Alissa who started the Home Town fan group on Facebook and is spending a couple days getting to know our fun bunch of folks before heading down to New Orleans to meet sweet Holly from Big Easy Reno:

We also got to spent some time with Andrew Davis, the author of Brandscaping and one of my favorite recent books, Town Inc., that’s kind of like a retrospective road map to what’s been happening with the revitalization of our town over the last few years.

  
Tonight Emily and Josh hosted us and Andrew for dinner and cooked a delicious dinner (with local Sanderson Farms chicken, of course!)   

God has been so good to put incredible new people in our path every single day. I feel so thankful for it too, because there’s so much more I need to learn. What a blessing!
