#2,477 Floral Inspiration.
by Erin Napier
I don’t want to reveal too much here, but I had a really wonderful moment when, frustrated with scouring the internet for the perfect vintage inspired wallpaper for one of the houses, I remembered the 1940s era silk scarf I bought years ago in San Francisco that I was wearing around my head:
Had a similar floral pattern that I was searching for all along. I took it off my head and started sketching with gouache a version of the things I loved about the florals in the fabric.
You’ll have to tune in to the picture show to see how it turns out. Hopefully, there’s gonna be a happy ending here!
