#2,519 Lindsey & Cheddar & Jackie & Paul.

It was so good to see so many familiar faces today, starting at breakfast with our beloved Lindsey who discovered us on instagram back in 2014 and asked if we’d ever thought about doing TV. We had omelettes and pancakes at Friend of a Farmer near Gramercy Park, which was the most unexpectedly cottagey (and delicious!) experience I’ve ever found in NYC.

Afterward we hustled over to the offices of Burson-Marstellar for a briefing on our segment with Cheddar TV, which we walked to at the Flatiron Building. For YEARS Ben has been so fascinated with this building after learning so much about its revolutionary design in an architectural history course in college and today we finally got to go inside! Well, the first floor corner, anyway. Which is really cool. Click here if you’d like to watch our little facebook live segment on some DIY ideas for the holidays (fast forward to the 29:25 mark)!

And after an afternoon of nonstop exploration of Greenwich Village, Soho and Tribeca, we met up with our old instagram friend, Jackie Greaney and her boyfriend, Paul. It was so good to see her again, to catch up in real life instead of just via text. We had a super cozy dinner at Il Buco, a fancy little Italian restaurant with a menu I barely understood, though it was delicious.

And after walking at least 10 miles today with the blistered feet to show for it, we totally earned a little ice cream to end the day, right?
