#2,597 Morning Commute.

We woke up to so much sunshine and 70 degree breezes that felt like our days in California last year. I didn’t mind at all that Ben borrowed my Jeep when it was time for me to head to work, instead I put on my comfy new leather flats and took the short commute on foot.

I stopped by the accountant’s office to pick up paperwork, then walked to the post office, then to the popcorn shop for (yet another) bag of salt and vinegar to share at the shop. By the time I’d made it to work, I was warm enough to take off my cardigan and I actually felt myself feeling thankful for it, when usually I wish for cold and wintry weather. It’s days like this that make it so easy to love a small town like ours.
