#73 Lazy day.
by Erin Napier
I’m so glad we got some much needed down time today. After a quiet morning at church (low attendance today because of spring break), we had lunch at McAlister’s then sat in the sun at the country club and watched my mama dominate a tennis match at the annual Burroughs Tournament. We got home and all I wanted to do was bask in the sun and the breeze in a hammock for a nap, unfortunately I don’t know a soul with a hammock. Instead, Ben threw back the linen curtains in our living room, opened the windows, turned on the Duke game with volume down low, and I sunk into our cozy oversized couch with a pillow and slept an hour or so. We spent some time in good conversation when I woke up, wrapped a few packages for Lucky Luxe, then went back to church for UMYF. I need more days like today.
