Sorry for the delay on this post, for anyone who might be reading. Our internet was out inexplicably so here I am a day late. Julie and I rode our bikes to the Rusty Chandelier where I found the perfect zinc top Mason jar to start our travel jar collection.
I saw once in Country Living where you could save a little sand or rocks or something from all the places you travel to, so we’re starting with some stones from Sliding Rock in North Carolina.
For a summer supper that (hopefully) would be gentle on my stomach, Ben grilled some vegetables, chicken and pineapple and we had them with a salad. Colorful foods have to be good for you, right?
