That’s what I did at work today. TCB, baby. I’m trying to prepare for our new client coordinator who will begin working for Lucky Luxe starting in January, and that means some spring cleaning (or fall in this case) of the way I’ve been doing business. It’s time to streamline and automate as much as possible so everything will be easy and organized for her when she starts. I cannot tell you how this book has saved my business sanity.
I’ve finally updated some pricing, added some products and deleted things that were more trouble than profit and I’m feeling way more in control of everything now. Woot woot for productivity!
