#453 Pinterest.
I was recently introduced to the magic of Pinterest, and I’ve been wasting a WHOLE lot of time on there browsing the cool photos and art.
I was finally invited to join and made my own pinboard of inspiration for our someday home, and it really helps me see the clear vision of what I want: white walls and ceilings everywhere with dark accents here and there (I just don’t think it can ever go out of style!), exposed rafters, built-in cabinets overflowing with books, brick, wood and linen. I am obviously drawn to interiors from movies set in the Hamptons or California—the Nancy Meyers movies (It’s Complicated, Something’s Gotta Give, The Holiday) and The Door in the Floor, specifically.
