#518 Meeting the Pickerings.
by Erin Napier
Sadly, we spent the day at Ben’s Uncle Dale’s funeral, but I was able to finally meet the entire Pickering side of the family. They were some of the kindest, happiest, women on earth I believe. We got to his Uncle Randy’s house for a lunch afterward, and there were no less than 25 main courses cooked with fresh vegetables by about 10 women who obviously cook 3 square meals a day. It was wonderful to finally put names with faces and get to know them a little bit. Hopefully they’ll invite us back for dinner someday!

I am a wife, a daughter, a homebody, a bubble bath lover, a book reader, a sentimental, stressed out, slightly obsessive southerner. Welcome!
