#1,156 La Fleur.
by Erin Napier
Josh and Emily are home this week (yay!) so we had a lunch date with them, Jim and Mallorie at Cafe La Fleur. For you readers who aren’t from our hood, this amazing little restaurant is on the next block from my studio and their food is so great Southern Living (among other magazines) has even bragged on it. I had my first taste of a Cuban panini today and I feel so disappointed in myself for waiting 27 years to try it. I might order one tomorrow for lunch, too! And the shrimp bisque. And the french bread. And the pineapple chicken salad. And the bread pudding.
But seriously. If you live within a couple hours of here, it’d be worth the drive to try it. Just saying.
