#1,190 Be Thou My Vision.
by Erin Napier
So there are a couple hymns that are my all-time favorite, that give me chills every single time I hear them. When we were planning our wedding, we made sure these would be the congregational hymns because they’re so beautiful in the concept of never being alone in life because God is there if you listen and wait for his voice, just like we would never be alone again, but together as a family. Those 2 hymns are Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing and Be Thou My Vision.
This morning when I saw in the bulletin that we’d be singing Be Thou My Vision my heart felt a tug, and when I heard the choir and the notes and sang those words I felt tears in my eyes because I felt very much like God was there, and all around me.
Do you ever have moments like that?
