Tonight at the church we had a big end of the summer luau and I had no idea they’d go so hardcore. There was a dang roasted pig fresh off the fire laid out on the serving line, for starters:
I haven’t seen a whole roasted pig since I went to the Ole Miss vs. Arkansas game in 2008.
There were also leis, grass skirts, the Blue Hawaii soundtrack, limbo, hula dancing, and karaoke.
Wait, do y’all say “holler” where you live? It’s another way of saying “see you later” round these parts.
