I’m such a busybody. I find it almost impossible to just sit still and rest. Today I gave it a shot, but I still had to get out of the house after a while. First, I rested on the porch with mama in the sunshine:
Then after a quick visit to our CPA and to take Mammaw a box of chocolates for her 91st birthday, I came back home and got into my comfies to rest with Ben and Lucy:
Because Jim ordered a flash frozen, authentic deep dish pizza from Chicago and had it shipped to Laurel. And it was the best pizza I’ve ever tasted in my life—with tomato sauce on top and cheese in the middle. My mouth is watering thinking about it. Then Ben modeled Mallorie’s leopard print flats which made me laugh so hard, I thought I might bust a stitch.
Time for Lortab and bedtime. So far so good!
