#2,207 So Much Love.

Y’all totally, completely, blew us away with your kindness and enthusiasm and EXCITEMENT today. I don’t even know what to say except I LOVE Y’ALL SO MUCH. The internet is a wonderful place when it turns into one big celebration and closes the gap between us all geographically. Can we start just using it for celebrations, please? Anybody? I’m not making a lot of sense tonight because I’ve never been so sick with a dang cold in my life. I’m on a lot of medicine that’s making it hard to type words, and I am blissfully happy because I have a belly full of lo mein from Panda and a fresh box of Kleenex Puffs with Lotion because Ben is spoiling me.

People have had a lot of really good questions for me today (and if you saw me in person, please accept my apologies for possibly giving you this plague and/or seeming distant and weird—I’m in shock and my head has a lot of fluid in it). So I’ll answer the big questions we’ve heard today:

1. Have you seen the show yet?
No, we have NOT. Which means when you see it for the first time… We’ll be seeing it for the first time too!

2. What can we do to help Home Town go to series?
We’ll need to all hold our horses on blowing up the internet with posts about it until the 5 days before so we can be sure it’s not for naught and folks will actually remember to tune in and/or record. January 24 feels super soon, but it’s really a couple weeks, so we will need each of you to help us be dilligent in reminding everybody the week of. You got Ben voted Paul Bunyan. I HAVE SO MUCH FAITH IN YOU! The main thing is to get people watching and recording that day. We will need help live tweeting and posting on facebook when it airs. Can you help?

3. We want to share it with the world! Can you send me a picture?
It’s gonna be so fun! We’ll have lots of new, official social media images for facebook, twitter, instagram and pinterest for y’all every day when we reach the 5 days out mark. I hope you’ll grab em and share em.

Now I will go lay on the couch and get back to Wisconsin and see what’s gonna happen with Steven Avery.

Update: Ross and Laura just won the day by bringing the first king cake of the season to our quarantined front door:

P.S.
Can you believe that news yesterday? I can’t believe it’s finally out there! The Jackson news station talked about it!
