#2,262 Picket Posts.
by Erin Napier
Man oh man, the posts were set today for the picket fence in our front yard. Josh said they look a little “meaty,” but we’re thinking they’ll look proportionate with such big columns around the porch. I can’t believe we’re really doing it, finally! Anybody know when it’s safe to plant pretty annuals in the porch pots in Mississippi? I really feel like we’re safe from another freeze…
Because I typed that, it will freeze this week.
There is much freedom from anxiety in writing a list. I wrote a list tonight while working more on the business systems and I felt like a new woman when I was done. The simple act of writing it down. Another reason to write down the good things each day. It just feels good to commit it to words.
