I woke up with a hankering for Freeman’s buttermilk biscuits and had the ingredients to do it, so I indulged a little:
I could afford to eat such a hearty breakfast because I knew this afternoon I wouldn’t be eating much at the first crawfish boil of year. Crawfish parties are fun, but I’m not much on spicy food, so I had to store up for the day, right??
