#2,277 Handling the Handbook 2.
by Erin Napier
Last year I spent 6 months writing a handbook that explained every process involved in our invitation business and I was so relieved and so proud when I clicked ‘export’ on that final working file… Then a year passed and so much has changed that it became urgent to update and revise it all since we’ll be handing things off to our team again when we start filming the show… And today after several weeks of plugging away at it, it’s finished! Again!
I’m so excited to visit Santa Barbara. I hope it’s warm there!

I’m Erin Napier, co-owner of Laurel Mercantile Co. and Scotsman Co. with my husband, Ben. I’m an artist and he’s a craftsman and we help people moving to our town find and restore old houses on HGTV’s Home Town. In an effort to count my blessings, this journal has documented only the good things that happen on each and every day of my life since January 1, 2010. I am a wife, a daughter, a homebody, a bubble bath lover, a book reader, a sentimental, stressed out, slightly obsessive southerner. Welcome!
