#2,453 Donanelle’s.
We’ve heard about it for years but never stolen away to south Hattiesburg for dinner at Donanelle’s, a dive bar that sits on the interstate just at the edge of the middle of nowhere that’s famous for their small menu of amazing steaks. It was delicious and I overindulged even though I split a ribeye with Mallorie. They brought out a basket of the most deliciously buttery garlicky French bread that had been pressed on a griddle top and it was hard to control myself.
We get so set in our ways and only eat at our same favorite restaurants every Friday night, so it was fun to mix it up and try something new.
