#2,601 Clark’s 40th.

Next week, my big brother will turn 40 years old. Look at us—we haven’t aged at all, right?!
For a milestone year like this, we decided to surprise him at mama’s house!
There was an Italian feast—my spaghetti and meatballs and mama’s lasagna and 2 kinds of salad:
Before Ben said the blessing, he announced we would all tell our favorite story about Clark. Daddy, Uncle Dale, Mr. Gordon and Jim were the only ones who went before we decided we were too hungry for sentimentality and got busy eating.
Our handsome boy is a BIG FAN of spaghetti and meatballs.
And of course, daddy needed his help blowing out the candles:
