So, like everyone else on the earth, I read this article last week and now I’m making a real effort to drink more water. It sounds awful once I say it out loud, but typically I have one of those miniature Cokes with breakfast, a sip or two of water with my lunch, a few sips with my dinner, and that’s it.
Probably not good for my kidneys. Or skin. Or anything else. I know.
Today I drank a little over 2 liters of water, and I’m pretty dang proud of myself.
