#1,881 Cookie Dough + Promo Photos.
Around Christmas, we received a gift box of Edoughble gourmet cookie dough (you eat it raw—it’s eggless!) from our precious friends Josh and Anne. His brother started this company, and it’s amazing. My favorite in the gift box was the S’more Please cookie dough. I’m not even much on sweets, but the texture of this stuff… It’s cold, thick, chewy, grainy, with chunks of dark chocolate and marshmallow and graham cracker blended in… I had to buy myself another pint of it last month. It finally ran out this week, and I woke up thinking about how we need to order more this morning. Except it’s a long way to California and would take a while to get here… And I realized I could probably make it myself in a pinch. And lo and behold, I whipped some up before work this morning with ingredients we happened to already have in the fridge and pantry.
You’re gonna want to go ahead and pin this. It’s so dang easy.
Edible S’mores Cookie Dough (Doesn’t make real cookies though. Sorry.)
*Note: Don’t worry mama, I only eat a spoonful a day. Hopefully my heart won’t stop from it.
1 softened stick of butter (not margarine! though light butter might work well…)
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
splash of milk
1 cup crushed graham crackers
mini marshmallows
mini chocolate chips (I like dark!)
Cream the butter, vanilla and sugar together until fluffy in a mixer. Add flour, salt, and milk and mix until combined. Add the graham crackers and all the marshmallows and chocolate chips you like. Mix again.
Eat it.
Store in an airtight container, refrigerate it.
Eat a little more.
Put it back in the refrigerator.
In other news, we took some new promo photos with Brooke over in front of my Laurel mural. It was so cold, and Ben didn’t know what to do with his left arm, but hey. It was the best we could do.
