#961 Youth Breakfast + Car Cover.
by Erin Napier
This morning was the first ever 5th Sunday Youth Breakfast and I can’t believe we didn’t think of this sooner! It was Mickey’s idea a while back and it’s got to be one of the most obvious events ever, yet we never tried it until today. Nearly 100 people came through to eat and we raised around $650. That’s pretty good, I think. I wish I had remembered to take some pictures of it!
Also, we had lunch with Mammaw and took my newest purchase, a custom fit car cover for Lucky bug, to her house. Why, you might ask? We store my car there, and mammaw recently acquired a cat. A darling, precious, striped kitty cat named Michael who enjoys sleeping and defecating on the roof of my fully restored 1971 convertible.
Thanks, Midamerica Motorworks. You saved the day.
