Episode 1
THE JONES HOME
Richard T. Jones is a Hollywood actor and he and his wife Nancy live in LA for his work, but have fallen in love with Mississippi. They are inspired by Ben and Erin’s work beautifying Laurel and want to make a similar investment in the community to help bring the pride of ownership to areas that haven’t been cared for as much as others.

THE REGISTER HOME
Rena lives a very busy life with several jobs and has been living with her mom to save money and focus on growing her businesses. She’s now ready to make the move and live in a space she can call her own. With an all-in budget of $100,000, she has a wish list that includes a home under 1000 square feet with a porch and is close to her mother.
Episode 3
THE TURNER HOME
Charlie and Melissa Turner have been offered a Manse as part of their compensation with the Ellisville Presbyterian Church. But with 5 children and only 3 bedrooms – the place is cramped! With an all in budget of $85,000, Ben and Erin show them a solid plan to update the Manse to turn it into living space that would be suitable for their family.

THE YEAGER HOME
Jena’s father died when she was eight and the house she grew up in has been sitting abandoned until she inherited it on her 18th birthday. Now twenty-one, she’s coming to Ben and Erin to see if it can be saved with her $120,000 budget or whether her money would be better spent on another property.

THE PRYOR HOME
Michelle has been renting outside of town for many years and she’s finally ready to make homeownership a reality for herself.
She has an all-in budget of $170,000 and a wish list that includes a master bathroom with a big bathtub and a room with ample space to entertain her family and friends.

THE COMBE HOME
John grew up with his parents in the Air Force and never had a home town as a child. Once he was an adult, he continued to move around and most recently has been living in Belize. He loves to travel and meet new people, and says “sky’s the limit” for his budget when looking for a large home in Laurel.

THE THORNTON HOME
Brandy and Jason want to start the next phase of their lives as empty nesters in a small town that they can call their forever home. Ben and Erin show them two homes: The Jones House, a classic craftsman with tons of space for a new kitchen and the Allred House, a 1900 historic gem with a stunning porch.

THE BERRY-DEMONTE HOME
Josh & Giorgio would like to have a vacation home in Mississippi where Giorgio is from. They need help finding something large enough to entertain, but manageable enough to maintain from their home in Florida. Ben and Erin transform their new house into the perfect Mississippi vacation getaway.
Episode 9
THE MAULDIN HOME
After years of traveling, Shuff is ready to buy a house in Laurel where 5 generations of Mauldins have lived. He wants to be smart about resale prospects, and not over-invest since this might not be his forever home. He goal is to stay below $100/square foot and his wish list includes a front porch and a master bedroom.

THE STARR HOME
Jack and Sandy are looking for an historic home in the country with a porch and plenty of green space. Ben and Erin take them just outside Laurel to the century old Ellzey homestead with a wraparound porch, but the house needs extensive renovations!

THE PHILLIPS HOME
Rhonda is looking to settle back in Mississippi with her husband Jay. While they’ve both taught classes in historic preservation and community planning, they have never owned a historic home together! Ben and Erin show them two very distinct houses with great stories.

THE MASTERSON HOME
Stephanie has called Texas home her whole life, but her once small Texas town has grown into a big city. She misses small town life, and is looking to make a fresh start with a historic home in a new Home Town.

THE KEITH HOME
Tiffany inherited her mom's house when she passed away last year, but at 1500 sq feet, it's far too small for her growing family. Ben and Erin transform the house they choose into their southern dream home with clever use of color and repurposing of materials!

THE DOUGLAS HOME
Gwen and Mike are looking for a house where they can entertain friends in a walkable neighborhood. Ben and Erin give the house a complete facelift, add a coastal color scheme, a built in banquet and a back patio that's perfect for entertaining!
Episode 15
THE SULLIVAN HOME
David and Taneia own a number of rental properties in Laurel and need Ben and Erin's help to help them choose which one will meet their needs as they enter their empty nester phase. They narrow it down to two properties -- the Harrington house on the third floor of an old piano factory, right in the heart of downtown.
Episode 16
THE BELL HOME
Brothers Elliot and Connor Bell are young restauranteurs wanting to open a cafe near downtown Laurel. The property also needs to have an apartment for Connor. Ben and Erin show them two houses with perfect locations.

THE ROBERTS HOME
Follow along as Erin & Ben help renovate Gary Robert's home from Season 4 Episode 1. After the home was hit by a tornado, the team was faced with the unique challenge of revamping a house they had just recently completed.
